Coach Carson Thomas

David and I met Carson several years ago when he was hired as a physical therapy tech for the clinic. Soon after, he jumped into the crossfit classes where it was obvious he is an athlete. Carson’s background includes several different sports. He played baseball, basketball, all district football and was in the National Honor Society as well. Carson played college football and became a distance runner. His love for different sports shows in his CrossFit workouts, because he is an all around excellent athlete. Although CrossFit kicked his butt every day when he started. Now he gets to kick it back every once in awhile and learn something new everyday as a coach and athlete.

Carson became one of our coaches because he has always been a leader. In the classroom, on the playing field and now as a coach. ‘Teaching people the methods of CrossFit and seeing progress and goals being met make me come back stronger every day. It has truly become a passion.” Carson has some great goals for the coming years. He wants to work hard and qualify for the CrossFit games within the next 3 years, help us build a booming business with CFCP, have full classes every single day and a full personal training schedule. His goal as a coach is  for people to understand that fitness is for all and he is dedicated to our motto of “Changing people’s lives.”

Seriously people, I walked around evening class last night giving you guys and ladies mobility stretches because you all look tight.

1. Do your mobility after every wod. It is part of the class and not optional.

2. Get into Re-Flex on Sunday and make your body ready for next week.

3. Drink your water!
