Group warm up

butt kicks
bottom squat hold 30sec-1 min (first round only)
squats
push ups (2nd round hand release)

Strength
In 5 minutes build to a heavy 1 rep snatch.

Then

Muscle up practice 7- 10 minutes

5 C2b pull ups
10 Box jumps 24/20
15 Abmat sit ups

50 strict knee raises for quality

Mad mobi
Hamstring stretch
Lat stretch band
Calf stretch
Press ups.
