The Game of Life

 

Tillman Physical Therapy & Sports Training Center, Inc. is the foundation of CrossFit Cedar Park. Michael and David Tillman started this business in January 2001 when they understood the unique fit of Therapy and Training and how they worked together as a comprehensive program to pre-habilitate and to ensure athletes increase  mobility and decrease injuries. When we affiliated in 2007, David knew that the functional movements that are utilized in CrossFit Methodology would be a great fit into the program.

In case you didn’t know this, Michael is one of the few physical therapists who not only CrossFit, but has a unique relationship with the CrossFit Athlete because he can easily pinpoint proper mobility begets proper technique. He works on not just the CrossFit Cedar Park athletes, but CrossFit athletes have come from far to work with him. In addition, Michael and the Tillman Physical Therapy staff work with injuries from car accidents, post surgery, aches, pains and we take most all insurances. We are the complete package from nutrition coaching, physical therapy, occupational therapy, prehabilitation, crossfit, and fitness personal training. Our goal is to change lives and get YOU back into the game of life instead of sitting on the sidelines watching.
