Meet our Apprentice – Stacey Lloyd
Stacey Lloyd has over 12 years of experience in dance, receiving a Bachelors of Science in dance management from Oklahoma City University. Following her graduation, Stacey was hired on byRoyal Caribbean International as a member of their production cast for such shows as Ballroom Fever and Broadway Rhythm and Rhyme.
Along the way, her interest began to turn towards the mechanics of movement as well aspushing physical endurance. This is how she discovered the Crossfit Method.Crossfit allowed her to continue endurance training while also working towards strength in gymnastics and Olympic lifts.
She is working towards her Level 1 certification in order improve communication in teaching the CrossFit Methodology to others. Stacey has a deep passion for pushing individuals to reach goals, achieve the impossible, and above all have fun doing it! She is also open to any questions regarding improving flexibility and coordination.

In honor of USAF SSgt Timothy P. Davis, 28, who was killed on Feburary, 20 2009 supporting operations in OEF when his vehicle was struck by an IED. Timothy is survived by his wife Megan and one-year old son T.J.
