Dynamic warm up:

6 Lunge stretch

6 Leg cradle

6 Handwalks

6 arm circles with PVC

6 pressups
Group warm up:

3-5 burpees

10 jumping jacks

10 high knees

10 butt kicks

10 squats (hold 1st one in the bottom for 1 minute)

10 pushups

2 rounds

Strength of the Day: 
Deadlift
5-5-5

3-3-3

15 touch n go

Workout of the Day:

Amrap in 6 min

15 box jumps.
15 burpees.

Mad Mobi: (mobility of the day)

Press ups
Frog legs
Pigeon
Shoulder band
