butt kicks
bottom squat hold 30sec-1 min (first round only)

push ups (2nd round hand release)

Amrap HSPU
In 3 minutes

Wod
Run 400
15 wall ball
15 push ups.

MAD MOBI

Calf stretch (2min holds)
Roll quads with a bb
Should stretch (band)
