CrossFit Open 12.1 is here!

Our new CrossFit Teens class is a huge success! In fact, March 5th we will open up Monday and Wednesday at 5:30pm to new students. Get your student off their bottoms during off-season and keep them moving and fit with other Fitness-minded teenagers! For more info email

10:45am – CrossFit Open 12.1 – if you are competing, you are welcome to attend and get judged.


3/5 – Monday/Wednesday – Teens class opens 5:30pm at 609

3/17 – CrossFit Kids Open Gym 9:30am

3/31 – I Do The Impossible Challenge Kick-off

Group warm up

butt kicks
bottom squat hold 30sec-1 min (first round only)
push ups (2nd round hand release)

Rules – chest to floor and jump to touch object 6 inches over your reach.


15 thrusters (95, 65)
run 200

4 rounds for time.
