bottom squat hold 30sec-1 min (first round only)

push ups (2nd round hand release)

 

 

Testing

15 minutes
1 rep Max back squat

15 minutes
to get 1 rep max press.  STRICT

 

 

5 x 2 minute send offs.
200 meters.
