Must start with sandbag next to you shoulders and hips on the ground. At no time can your hips be above the sandbag and the sandbag must remain on your shoulder. You may NOT bear hug it in front of you.
Practice. Get at least 10.

40X0 4 seconds down up as fast as possible no rest at top or bottom.
1 set To failure. Record weight and reps

Cap at 20 minutes
