Controlling your body is a basic function in CrossFit.  Gymnastic movements are one of the best way to gain freaky strength with your body.  Today, we tackle the gymnastics movements in “Cindy”


Epic Challenge is THIS Saturday! You must register ahead of time so we can plan the heats.




In 3 minutes perform as many rounds as possible of

5 chest 2 bar pull ups

10 push ups

15 squats
Rest 1 min

4 rounds
