  • Last week of the Holly Jolly Challenge – get your journals turned in this week!
  • Holly Jolly Team Workout is Saturday at 9:30am – All team members need to show up for the workout. Bring ALL your journals with you.

Free CrossFit Classes

  • December 21st – January 1st – Please email robin@crossfitcp.com if you are not currently enrolled in classes and would like to try out CrossFit – registration required.

New Classes

  • 5:30am is now Monday – Friday
  • 6:30am is Tuesday and Thursday in case 5:30am is too early
  • We are adding several new classes starting January 4th, so check out the December newsletter which will arrive in your inbox later this week.
