TIME! 4 months 20 days or 143 days of 2186 miles for an average of 15.2 miles a day

Doug summited Katahdin at 11:00 AM on Sunday, August 18, in perfect weather completing my hike of the 2,186 mile Appalachian Trail.

Thanks to my Crossfit trainers David Tillman, Robin Tillman, Carson Thomas, and who without I would never have had to strength for this.

Doug won’t be returning to us. He is headed to seminary school and we wish him the best of luck!
