Lots of Girls this Week…

School is back and that means tests.  So this week lets hit up some of the girls named wods as well as some other benchmarks and see where we are.

leg cradle
hand walks
pvc arm circles
Leg swings.
Group warm up 
6 count burpees
10 each of
high knees
butt kicks
bottom squat hold 30sec-1 min (first round only)
push ups (2nd round hand release)
For time.
Row 500
40 squats
30 sit ups
20 push ups
10 pull ups.
Rest As needed
repeat Baseline
Rest as needed
repeat Baseline
record all three times for baseline.
Mad Mobi 
Roll quads w bb
Lat band stretch
Corner stretch
