The Food Course

The Food Course is designed to change the way you think about food. Food should taste good. It should give you that “ahhhh” moment when you take a bite – we completely agree! But there is a way to use food to benefit your mind, body and health.

Most people eat the standard “Amercian” diet. Pre-packaged, quick and easy, throw in the microwave, pick up through the drive-through or huge portions at your favorite restaurant. The ingredients are numerous and you have no idea what most of them are – even from restaurants. Other people think they are already eating “healthy” but in actuality, it may not be the case.

We want to take you back to the “original” American diet.

REAL FOOD

We will teach you why you want to eat Real Food instead of processed – what are the health benefits? Why do you feel better? What is the processed food doing to your body?

We want to show you how to shop for these real foods and make them into fabulous great-tasting meals that your whole family will eat.
