” I’ve been doing this for 4 months now and feeling better everyday. A month before I started CrossFit, I had to change. I weighed 252lbs.
I started by changing my diet; how much I ate, what I drank, cut out sugars, cut back bread and stopped drinking alcohol during the week. By doing this and adding in some walking, I was able to lose close to 15lbs. When I started doing CrossFit, I was able to drop another 12-15lbs. I have added muscle and strength. My goal is to get to 195-200lbs and then continue adding muscle.
