This Summer program is designed specifically for the high school/athlete – incoming Freshman to College preparedness
This is not like your average weight room, the movements are chosen to build strength and mass, teach technique and explosiveness.
Olympic Lifting, Power lifting movements and conditioning with mobility in one setting.

COACH DAVID TILLMAN
David Tillman graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1994 with his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. He’s worked as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for over 23 years and with all levels of athletes including Professional, Collegiate and High School in all areas of sports. The goal of this program is to build on the knowledge the teen has acquired in their high school weight room and take it up to a level to perform movements that are designed to specifically build strength and mass, teach explosiveness (needed in most sports) and increase cardiovascular endurance.
