Our kids workouts consist of constantly varied, functional movements that deliver a fitness that is broad, inclusive, general, and scaleable for any participant at any level. What does this mean? This means that no two workouts are the same. Kids never get bored and the novelty of each workout keeps them excited about participating. The functional movements involve exercises that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do when they play- pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift and jump. These are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of thoroughly trained CrossFit Trainers.
With workouts that are scaleable, kids can equally benefit a person who is less active or an accomplished athlete by tailoring workouts so that each participant is challenged just enough to deliver measurable results and personal athletic progress. Participants will become well-rounded and FIT!

If your teenager is already an athlete, our program is designed to take them to the next level by teaching proper mechanics, recovery, movement, nutrition, and flexibility. Our teens class is ideal for any teenage athlete looking to get the edge over the competition in their chosen sport. Most teen athletic programs focus on one specific sport. This can lead to overuse injuries. Our goal is to create an all-around athlete that will excel at any sport or physical task.
If your teen is not an athlete, our program will assist to establish healthy lifestyle habits, and hopefully convert them from a sedentary lifestyle to a more active one. Our primary goals are to convey the notion that fitness can be fun, and help these teens develop a positive self-image. Teens are faced with so many pressures and unnecessary stress these days. We are committed to helping them understand the importance of a healthy lifestyle through diet and exercise. Crossfit not only teaches one how to work out, it teaches one the essence of focus, perseverance, dedication, and motivation.
