Strict Gymnastic Strength with scales for all levels
ADVANCED – Muscle Ups (Bar and Ring), Butterfly Pullups, Advanced Handstand Skills
Strict Gymnastics Strength Overview
BEGINNER: All are welcome! Can be scalable to all levels
ADVANCED: 5/3 strict pull-ups, 5/3 strict dips
Strict HSPU, basic kipping pull-up ability, Strong C2B is not a requirement but will help.
