Exercising is only part of the equation to getting healthy. You must change how you eat, what you eat and how much you eat. Come learn the basics of eating Paleo, Zoning your Food and which supplements are important and which ones are optional. You must REGISTER to attend. BRING YOUR OWN CHAIR!
