6-Weeks to Summer Challenge

We are looking for people who are committed to change and take control over their fitness for the next 6-weeks!

You must be able to commit to 3x per week for 6-weeks and follow the advice of our coaches.

You will have access to our online food and workout log, our coaches will give you outside the gym workouts to help you meet your goals. Daily contact with your coach and weekly meetings. We will kick off with a baseline workout, goal setting and work with your coach to figure out your nutritional guidelines. Measurements and pictures will be taken before and after.
