In 2001, Tillman Training started off of Cypress Creek Road and later moved to the “Clinic” spot.

In 2007, we affiliated with CrossFit and started classes. We expanded in 2009 to the “609 Box” on Whitestone and moved to our current location in 2013. We’ve been blessed beyond our dreams. Thanks to everyone who was there in the beginning and continuing with us today!
