This is an open community workout. Clients feel free to bring your friends, a bottle of wine (and a designated driver)

10:30am – The Hero Course

Handstand walk practice.

Jerk dip (slow short and straight) + split jerk

Roll calves/stretch calves
Trigger point pecs
Corner/pec stretch
Shoulder bully
