Memorial Day Fundraiser – you can still help

We had a great turnout for our Memorial Day Workout and Fundraiser

The workout was “Murph” and this Hero Wod was in honor of all our men and women who have given the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. May they rest in Peace.

The Fundraiser was to bring in money for our CFCP family, the Braunes. Allan Nichols, his wife Betty and their three daughters, Brittany, Courtney and Tiffany were all part of our original CrossFit Cedar Park family. Greyson is Brittany’s son and he has SMA. Greyson has been in the hospital PICU since April. The funds we raised are just a drop in the bucket for what is needed for this family. Brittany and her husband Austin, have two boys and the bills are adding up. There are several ways you can still help.
