Why is mobility important?

MAD Mobility is an integral part in our hour of CrossFit Programming. Without the mobility at the end, you are more prone to injury. Lack of flexibility inhibits strength and movement. The mobility programmed at the end of each hour has been designed by Physical Therapist, Michael Tillman. Listen to your coaches when they tell you what mobility you should be doing at the end of your class. Don’t skip it and say “I’ll do it at home” because we all know that never happens. Get it done at the gym with your class.
