Holly’s 3rd Anniversary!

Holly

Holly has been part of our CrossFit Cedar Park family for many years.

She started about 5 years ago and although she made progress during her time with us, she just wasn’t ready for the changes required to make a huge impact on her life.  Fast forward to three years ago today. Holly came back and has made AMAZING changes to her life. She works out 3-4 times per week, she jumps into every challenge with both feet and full of life.

We’ve asked her to become one of our success stories many times, but she still says she is a work in progress (but aren’t we all)

We LOVE having Holly as part of our family!!!!
