In case you don’t already know this, we will be moving suites this week down to the old martial arts studio, Suite A.

The reason for the move is so we can stop tiptoeing and trying to be quiet. We know that the kids next door getting their teeth cleaned don’t want to hear our music or weights dropping. Moving will allow us to utilize the entire space for working out.

So please expect some craziness this week and we work on getting moved into the new space.
