MAD Coach BiggDave and Physical Therapist Michael Tillman are headed to Canada for the rest of the week.

They will be speaking at the Sweat RX Movement and Mobility Workshop with Chad Vaughn and Dave Durante. This is part of the CanFitPro Conference going on in Toronto. Pretty awesome stuff!

Dynamic warm up
6 of each
lunge stretch
leg cradle
hand walks
pvc arm circles
press ups

Group warm up
6 count burpees
10 each of
jacks
high knees
butt kicks
bottom squat hold 30sec-1 min (first round only)
squats
push ups (2nd round hand release

20 Turkish Get Ups

7  sets Bear complex barbell without putting bar down
1 Power Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Push Press
1 Back Squat
1 Push Press (then down to a touch and go to start the next power clean)

Rest.
5 Rounds with rest between rounds to load up.

The goal is to work up to max load on the 5th round

Record weights.
There is no dropping in this wod.  Barbell must be returned to the floor and be touch n go for the set to count.

Start light and work your way up.
