It is MAD Athlete Training Camp Weekend!!

What does that mean? It means the best of the best coaches will be in town conducting training on Gymnastics, Olympic Lifting, Mental Training, Pose Running, Nutrition, Programming, Mobility and Swimming.

pvc arm circles
press ups

Group warm up
6 count burpees
10 each of
jacks
high knees
butt kicks
bottom squat hold 30sec-1 min (first round only)
squats
push ups (2nd round hand release)

Strength
Build to a 1 rm max OH Squat in 7 minutes

5 rounds for time of:
400 meter run
(95,65)pound Overhead squat, 15 reps

Roll calves on bb
Press ups
Knee on the wall
