Group warm up
6 count burpees
10 each of
jacks
high knees
butt kicks
bottom squat hold 30sec-1 min (first round only)
squats
push ups (2nd round hand release)

Hand stand holds
Accumulate 3 minutes

Strength

For quality Russian step ups with db’s
10 each leg
10 push ups with a 4 second negative (40×0)

4 sets rest as needed

Amrap in 7  minutes

3 box jumps 24/20
6 burpees
9 kb swings. 1.5/1
