Christine Ybarra – for those of you who know Christine, she is our Certified Holistic Nutrition  Consultant on staff at CrossFit Cedar Park. Currently Christine is in her last trimester of pregnancy to Santino. She is married to Rodolfo and has a five year old named Rudy. Christine is a native Northern Californian who moved to Cedar Park with her husband of 10 years and five year-old son. After having her son, she lost over 100 pounds in just 19 months by educating herself on proper nutrition and regularly exercising. After losing all of her weight in 2008, she discovered CrossFit and Paleo and devoted herself to learning all she could to become a coach. Her passion for nutrition and fitness lead her to earn a certificate in Holistic Nutrition Consulting from the American College of Healthcare Sciences and a Certificate as a Level 1 CrossFit coach. During that time she owned and operated her own non-profit garage gym before moving to Texas. She was then diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis, a debilitating autoimmune disease, and continued her own journey to health with CrossFit training and the Paleo lifestyle. She plans on continuing her education in Holistic Nutrition and aspires to one day become a Naturopath doctor.

Christine can help you meet and exceed your goals. Many of you already eat paleo, but haven’t seen the weight loss you were hoping for. Some of you don’t even know what paleo is. Some of have medical problems such as pre-diabetes or type II diabetes, gluten intolerance or other food allergies. If you are belching, have heartburn or gas after eating – guess what? That is a dietary issue.
