At CrossFit Cedar Park, our goal is to provide the best in innovative methods for everyone to improve their health and fitness.  We have members from the age of 7 up to 72.  We have members who weigh less than 100 lbs and members who weigh over 300 lbs.  We have members with no history of injuries and members with double knee replacements.  We make fitness fit you.  We level you up and have a great time doing it.  This is the most fun you will ever have getting in shape.   Whether your goal is weight loss or to make it to the Reebok CrossFit Games, we can help.
