bottom squat hold 30sec-1 min (first round only)

push ups (2nd round hand release)

Strength
Back squats
3-3-3-3

8-12 reps
40X0 tempo
60 seconds after
Perform 15 afap at the same weight

WOD
Run 800
10 squat cleans 155/105

Rest 3 -5 minutes

4 rounds for splits.
