178.8 lbs in 7 weeks

Seven weeks ago, 72 people began a journey to take control of their food and fitness during the holiday season. During this 7 weeks, a few people fell out of the challenge. Some got very sick and could not continue, others just weren’t ready for this type of challenge. That’s okay. Everyone has their own journey.

During this 7 weeks, we saw many people PR in their workouts, lean down, lose weight, lose bodyfat, commit to their teammates, and change their lives!

The numbers continue to roll in, but for the people who stayed and filled out the survey on Saturday, a total of 178.8 lbs was lost.  This does not include everyone who finished the challenge either. Additionally, its  not always about the weight. Our Coach Stacey gained 5 lbs and lost 3% bodyfat. Amazing stuff!

Thanks for allowing us to push you past your own expectations of what is possible during the Holiday season!
