If you’ve been watching the replays of the CrossFit Games on ESPN, you might have seen the interview with Lindsey Valenzuela. She says she competes with full emotion and passion. This is a pic Robin took after she hit the 235lb clean to finish the ladder at the 2012 CrossFit Games. I would say she definitely has passion and emotion!

* Wods especially programmed for you!
