MaD Programming and Mobility Seminar

This is a course on programming for competitive CrossFit combined with mobility and durability; the backbone of staying healthy to compete.
Michael and David Tillman’s approach for the competitive athlete is technical strength and CrossFit combined with the tools to educate yourself to keep your CrossFit body running at a high level and injury free.
Why us?
David and Michael have combined athletic training and physical therapy for over 11 years at Tillman Physical Therapy and Sports Training Center, Inc.
David Tillman has been programming for all levels of athletes for 20 years and Michael Tillman has been practicing physical therapy for 15 years. David affiliated with Crossfit to become CrossFit Cedar Park in 2007.
The event is FREE, but space is limited so please register.
