GirlFit Program is underway!

There is a lot of competition for spots on the team. There are numerous wonderful athletes who don’t make the team because of minor variations in athletic ability. Sometimes its strength, balance, coordination, agility or something else. What would you do to give your kid an edge to make the team?

CrossFit Cedar Park offers numerous YOUTH programs to help your athlete improve their skills, to become the best they can be!

CrossFit Kids Summer Camp – Monday – Friday 10am-11:30am Ages 6-11 (2 weeks remaining)

GirlFit Summer Program – Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 10:30am – 12pm through the summer. Girls Ages 12+

CrossFit Kids Daily Workouts – Monday – Friday 4-5pm – Ages 6-11

CrossFit Teens Monday – Thursday 5:30-6:30pm Ages 12+
