Frank says Impossible is Nothing

CrossFit Cedar Park’s I Do The Impossible Challenge was 8 weeks long. We challenged people to chose goals they wanted to achieve . People wanted to lose weight or bodyfat, get kipping pullups, run a mile, improve wod times, increase their deadlift and change their lives.

Frank committed to this challenge with Coach Victoria. In eight weeks, he lost 5% bodyfat and increased his deadlift from 265lbs to 305lbs, took 1:27 off of his IDI workout, improving his final workout by 13%. He told Victoria that she helped him change his life. Frank proves Nothing is Impossible
