MAD Mobility and Fitness



MAD MOBI is a combination of Mobility and Flexibility movements assembled to improve your health and functional fitness journey through CrossFit.  Michael and David Tillman work together as Physical Therapist and Strength and Conditioning Specialist to improve your level of fitness.  Michael Tillman DPT has worked with thousands of patients and has close to two decades of  experience in rehabilitation methods and treatment of injuries.  Working with all levels of athletes, we at CrossFit Cedar Park and Tillman Physical Therapy want you to have the BEST program for your health and fitness journey.  Make sure it includes some MAD MOBI

Dynamic warm up

pvc arm circles
press ups

Group warm up
6 count burpees
10 each of
high knees
butt kicks
bottom squat hold 30sec-1 min (first round only)
push ups (2nd round hand release)
