pvc arm circles
Group warm up
6 count burpees
10 each of
bottom squat hold 30sec-1 min (first round only)
push ups (2nd round hand release)
10 minutes to get Max shoulder to overhead
At 60% of that weight
Emom for 10 minutes
3 shoulder to overhead
Double unders for the remaining time in the minute.
Calf stretch 2 minutes each
Roll calves w barbell
