Bragging on Kade

Kade Daniels is Coach Victoria’s younger brother. He moved here recently and decided to change his life! Kade is 17 years old and for most of his life, he has eaten a honeybun and drank chocolate milk for breakfast.  When he first moved here, he started attending our CrossFit Teens class with his older sister as his coach. He started to see changes, but the diet was still not the best. On March 31st, Kade started the I Do The Impossible Challenge. Changing your diet is difficult for anyone, but imagine dealing with school lunches everyday? However, Kade made the changes with the help from his IDI Coach – David Tillman and his big sister, Coach Victoria guiding him.

Eight weeks later, Kade had lost 20lbs and 10% bodyfat. He went from a 10:15 mile to a 7:45 mile, he PR’d his deadlift by 35lbs – 290lbs and he improved his final workout by 8%!

Kade is proof that age and environment (school) doesn’t matter. If you want to change your life – you will!
