CrossFit Cedar Park is part of Tillman Physical Therapy & Sports Training Center, Inc.  This is a one of a kind entity that continues to demonstrate ground breaking results both in treatment of injury and in development of health and athletic prowess.

Our business includes eight Therapists  and eight CrossFit Coaches who work together to create a unique perspective combining the functional movements of exercise and the rehabilitative movements of therapy.  We have been in business in Cedar Park for over a decade and continue to develop programs for athletes of all levels; beginner to professional.  Affiliated with CrossFit since 2007,  we create programs to maximize health, wellness and nutrition.  Fitness and rehabilitation are our full time professions.  Owners Michael and David Tillman have been implementing and designing strength and mobility for nearly two decades.  We are dedicated to your results in physical therapy,  health and fitness.
