Time to See Some Amazing Results from the I Do The Impossible Challenge!!!

Get there at 8am to start warming up – first heat starts at 8:30am. Let your coach know if you need to go early or late!

Volunteer to help count and organize. We will go over these amazing results!

Saturday – NO OPEN GYM   IDI FINALS

Sunday at 6:00am The Hero Course kicks off with “MURPH”   come out and be a HERO to a HERO.

Monday Memorial Day  Free wod at the CLINIC 2519 S. Lakeline Blvd.  Suite 100.  Come have some fun!

10:00 am.  No other classes are scheduled.
