I Do The Impossible Finals are this Saturday!  NO OPEN Gym.  Come help count/cheer for these amazing individuals

pvc arm circles
press ups
Group warm up
6 count burpees
10 each of
jacks
high knees
butt kicks
bottom squat hold 30sec-1 min (first round only)
squats
push ups (2nd round hand release)
Carson’s abs program. 
Amrap in 4 min
5 toe 2 bar
7 flutter kicks (each)
9 sit ups
Strength
Backsquats.
8-8-8-6-6
WOD
Each minute on the minute
5 back squats
5 burpees
AFAP.
12 minutes.  Weight should be gradually increased.
MAD MAD MAD  
Mobi
Knee on the wall (2 min each)
ROLL QUADS W barbell
Pigeons
Press ups.
