What does it take to hit that Next level?  All the competitors this weekend showed these two qualities.  It becomes about habits, doing the work when you don’t “feel” it.  Pushing through and finishing sets when you are tired, hungry, when your hands hurt, making time when family, loved ones, work, school and other projects are waiting for you.  Sacrificing.  Working hard and staying dedicated to your goals.
