SuperStrong II Finished with a BOOM!

Last night the SuperStrong II Class finished up with a boom.  In 8 weeks we saw amazing improvements in strength and work capacity!  What an amazing Class.  PR’s were hit over and over.

82, 70, 65, 30, 20 pound improvements were seen all around and in nearly every lift.  What an amazing group of people to coach and be around!  Keep up the great work and stay SUPERSTRONG!

Dynamic warm up
6 of each
lunge stretch
leg cradle
hand walks
pvc arm circles
press ups

Group warm up

6 count burpees
10 each of
high knees
butt kicks
bottom squat hold 30sec-1 min (first round only)
push ups (2nd round hand release)



50 lying on the floor muscle up transitions
Then after those
Practice muscle ups.  Scale as needed

Wod for time
50 tgu (25 each side)
40 swings (American)
30 snatch (15 each side)
20 goblet squats
10 push ups hands on kb

Mad mobi
Roll lats
Shoulder bully
Int/ext rot
Press ups
