Group warm up

bottom squat hold 30sec-1 min (first round only)

push ups (2nd round hand release)

SKILL/STRENGTH

Wod

In any order

2 k row time trial

Amrap double unders in 3 minutes

then

Deadlifts @70% of max.
Amrap in 3 minutes. No dropping.
