push ups (2nd round hand release)

Skill
35 lying on your back muscle up transitions

This is for muscle memory. Very important.

Wod
Deadlifts
5-3-1

Then Each minute on the minute

6 cleans (165,110) for rx
3 burpees

10 minutes or to failure.
