Karl’s Story

I found out about CrossFit through a friend and was looking for a gym to join after moving here from San Antonio. My friend wanted me to try this “CrossFit” thing out at her box, so I did a drive by and saw some people outside running and jumping, and the only thing I can think of was, “These people are crazy!!!” But, I went to the main CrossFit website and came across CrossFit CedarPark, got the phone number and made THE CALL!


Total, I’ve lost about 30 lb since I started, and I know my bodyfat has decreased since none of my clothes fit anymore. I feel the best I have felt in a long time, I have more energy, and I’m happier. My family and friends say I’m in a much better mood and I seem to have less stress now.

I walk a lot at my job…before starting Crossfit, my legs got tired and sore. Now I don’t get tired and nothing is hurting. At work, I have more energy, I’m happier, and have much better focus.




















I would tell anyone who hasn’t tried CrossFit to try it for 3 days and you’ll be hooked! I really wish I had known about Crossfit Cedar Park sooner and never wasted my time at any of those other gyms!
