Group warm up

bottom squat hold 30sec-1 min (first round only)
push ups (2nd round hand release)
30 heavy Russian swings


30 Turkish get ups

2 heavy deadlift (no dropping). Rep starts and finishes at the bottom
400 meter run
Afap rest 2 min
4 rounds

If time
4 rounds of tabata push ups

Press ups
Calf stretch
Roll calf
Shoulder bully
