What is your Girl Athlete doing this holiday break? Watching  TV? Or getting stronger? Our  GirlFit Program is running Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays from 11:30 – 1:00pm at the 609 Box. Check it out or bring her by tomorrow!

Coach BiggDave’s birthday is on Friday, Dec 23rd! We are celebrating by going rollerskating at Playland Skate Center from 7pm – ?. We would love to see everyone come to celebrate with him! Afterwards who knows what we will do….

150 push ups

*Everytime you stop and rest with your chest on the ground this constitutes a penalty. If a penalty is counted, you must immediately sprint 40 yards. Once the penalty is completed continue with the push ups.
*You can rest in a pike position (the top of a push up) but once you can not do push ups any longer and need to rest on the ground, a penalty is counted and a 40 yard sprint must be completed.
